Is the packaging discreet?

Can you deliver to an PO Box?
No, we cannot deliver to a PO Box. A Post Office or equivalent will not sign for the package due to liability issues.
Can you deliver to an APO or other military address?
Most of the time we can, however its a good idea to contact us first before you pay. Cost is 399.99 and usually only
takes about 8 business days.
Do I receive a tracking number after ordering?
Yes, usually within 72 business hours. However when tracking information is sent to you, it is important to note that it
may not show up in the courier's website until many days after the pharmacy has shipped your order. In some cases,
the package may reach the destination country (your country) before any tracking will be displayed. As such, you must
be patient while your order makes its way around the world to you.
Is there a faster shipping method then EMS/USPS, its a EMERGENCY!?
Yes, however it is a expensive shipping upgrade. Depending on the country you are from we will upgrade couriers to
"Fedex" or equivalent to make shipping usually less than 5 business days. The cost for this service is $99.99.
If I choose the EMS/USPS shipping method for 2-8 business days, how accurate is that number?
This type of shipping is usually fast, however delays are always possible when shipping across the world. The 2-8
business day shipping is just a typical average. Customs usually processes packages very fast but if they are backed
up the medication can take longer to arrive.
Why is it so much to upgrade the shipping courier?
When shipping using a 5 business day or less shipping method, expect to pay a high cost. Anyone that has shipped
something international before understands the high cost.
How long does the medication take to be shipped from the pharmacy?
If you have already sent us payment and filled out the medical form, please expect the medication to ship the next
business day. Please give us up to 2-3 business days after the medication has been shipped to supply a tracking
number.
My package is stuck in customs, what now?
Typically it only takes a couple of business days for your package to be released. If it has been 10+ business days in
customs, we will send out (at our cost) a package in a way that will only take 2-3 business days. If you are in a
emergency situation, the above rush shipping would be a better option for you. We do not monitor tracking numbers so
please let us know. The package being stuck in customs for more then 10 business days is extremely rare.
I think my package is delayed, what's the deal?
Usually we do not have this kind of problem, however just send us a email and will figure out the problem. Please note
however, sometimes shipping delays can happen in situations under our control (ie holidays). We do our best to get
the medication to you as quick as possible. Please contact us if any of these situations happen to you. You are
responsible for tracking your own package.
1) It takes longer then 5 business days for the package to arrive in your country
2) The package is stuck in customs for more than 5 business days
3) The package is released from customs with no update after 3 business days
4) Package says undeliverable to addressee
